Import a CSV file that includes these 3 columns [outcome, importance, satisfaction],
or
paste tab-separated data formatted in 3 columns [outcome, importance, satisfaction]
importance and satisfaction should be in a 1-5 scale (1=low importance/5=high importance; 1=low satisfaction/5=high satisfaction).
